Dr. Thomason is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Horizon Bank in Bradenton, Florida, and is on the Board of Directors of the Church of the Palms Presbyterian Foundation in Sarasota, Florida. She is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia with a DMD degree.

Dr. Thomason served as a dentist in the Army for 10 years and was in private practice for 10 years. She served as CEO for Thomason Enterprises and Venture Telecommunications, both cable construction companies, and is currently Managing Partner in Thomason & Thomason, LLC.

Mr. Calhoon retired in 1991 after 25 years of service with Alcan Aluminum Corporation. He held various positions in Manufacturing, Finance, Sales and Marketing with Alcan and at retirement was President of Alcan Building Products in Canada.

Since retirement, Calhoon has concentrated his efforts in Consulting and Construction, including design, development and construction of small- to medium-sized Professional Office complexes
